Les vignerons des 2 terroirs presented their primeur wines from the 2008 harvest to over 400 people on October 16th at the Tourouzelle winery.
The white vin de pays de Hauterive 2008 was appreciated for its fruit flavor and freshness on the palate.
The rosé vin de pays de Hauterive 2008 which won a prize at the regional competition, "Sud de France", won a silver medal for its elegance and floral aromas.
All participants sampled primeur wines with chestnuts and enjoyed the festive atmosphere. Many local elected representatives honored the dynamic efforts of the winemakers of the SCAV 2 Terroirs.

The winemakers of Tourouzelle and Escales are proud to honor the champions of France of rugby à XIII, the team of FCL13.
During the open-house day on Saturday, June 14th 2008, the Lezignan corbieres team will be present with its trophy at the Tourouzelle winery. This is an opportunity to meet your champions and enjoy a glass of the award winning wines of the SCAV les 2 terroirs, with their latest wine from the 2007 harvest, the red Languedoc, “les 2 terroirs”.

During this reception, you can get a signed autograph and take a picture with our rugby champions of France and enjoy fresh seafood accompanied by our famous 2 terroirs wines, to be drunk in moderation, naturally.
We also hope that the junior FCL13 team which won the LUC NITARD 2008 trophy will join us.
